Reservations cancelled more than fifteen days prior to arrival are eligible to receive a refund of the deposit minus the reservation fee and travel insurance premium (if applicable). Cancellations made less than fifteen days prior to arrival are nonrefundable regardless of circumstances, including hurricanes. If a mandatory hurricane evacuation order is issued, refunds will only be given by CSA Travel Protection if you purchased coverage before the storm is named. In such circumstance, Noric Miramar Beach LLC dba Destin RV Beach Resort will not issue refunds of any rent payments. To protect against the loss of your rental payments due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Your final deposit is due on or before your cancellation deadline. Please call to authorize the use of your credit card for the final deposit. You may also send a check to: Destin RV Beach Resort, 362 Miramar Beach Drive, Destin, FL 32550. Please write your reservation number on your check. Note that if we do not receive your final deposit by the cancellation deadline, we will attempt to charge that deposit to the credit card that we have on file for your reservation. Also note that your last opportunity to purchase travel insurance is at the time of your final deposit payment.
